About Us

Exploring Minds Mental Health & Autism Services is a growing ABA center dedicated to helping children and youth to develop communication, social, academic, and life skills. We deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy programs and are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Behavior Analyst (RBA / BCBA) to join our clinical team.

What You'll Do

Conduct assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, Peak, FBAs) to identify client needs.

Write and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Skill Acquisition Programs.

Use data and visual analysis to guide clinical decision-making.

Supervise Instructor Therapists, and placement students.

Provide parent training sessions and lead caregiver meetings.

Collaborate with speech therapists, OTs, psychologists, and educators for well-rounded care.

Ensure clinical documentation meets Ontario standards (PHIPA, PIPEDA, RBA Code of Conduct, BACB Ethics).

Support staff in managing challenging behaviors and crisis situations.

Lead clinical team meetings and ensure treatment fidelity.

What We're Looking For

Current BCBA and/or RBA (Ontario) certification in good standing.

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

5+ years of clinical experience post-certification, working with children/youth with autism and developmental needs.

Proven ability to write behavior plans, design programs, and analyze data.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Should be able to reliably commute to both of our locations in Mississauga and Brampton and for future expansions too.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
