We are seeking a full-time
Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont.)
to oversee and support a team of
Supervised-Instructor Therapists (S-ITs)
delivering 1:1 and group ABA therapy. The RBA (Ont.) will be responsible for developing individualized behaviour plans, supervising implementation, and ensuring the highest quality of care for all clients on their caseload.

COMPENSATION AND PERKS:
Base salary: 63,000$-$69,000 annually
Bonus Incentives: Up to $15,200 annually

CONTRACT PERIOD:
November 2025 - March 2027
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting client assessments to identify strengths and needs
Creating individualized behaviour plans based on assessment results and family goals
Oversee and supervise the implementation of the behaviour plans by S-ITs
Provide direct intervention with clients as required
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting strategies as needed
Create and conduct regular trainings and support S-ITs in their role
Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory bodies including the MCCSS and CPBAO
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists and caregivers to ensure comprehensive client support
Participate in and lead team meetings
Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinical culture
Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) is required
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
Experience supervising and training S-ITs is considered an asset
Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration
Commitment to ethical, client-centred care
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Experience with Rethink Behavioral Health is considered an asset
Vulnerable sector check completed within the last year
Fluent in English

Hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 6pm, Friday 8:30am - 4pm
