You will also train new and existing facilities team members across Alberta and British Columbia. You will ensure new employees are confident in taking on their role as a part of our Facilities Department.   • Coordinate and facilitate the completion of all eLearning, classroom-based, and on-the-job training
  • Ensure the knowledge, practical skills, and motivation to complete maintenance tasks are comprehended and applied by new technicians
  • Provide regular and consistent feedback to the trainee about their progress
  • Work closely with Regional Facilities Managers and Team Leads to ensure the continuation of training on site
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness/completion and assist in the development of training materials and methods as required
  • Take an active roll in developing and facilitating safety training
  • Provide training support for the implementation of new projects and processes
What you need to be successful:
  • Post-secondary education related trades, business, educations, or leadership an asset
  • 2+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a leadership or training related role
  • 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or facilities coordination role an asset
  • Ability to travel through out AB and BC as required
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Great organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and multi-task
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and experience using an ERP software
  • Strong verbal, listening, written communication skills required
  • Articulate and confident in delivering training to large audiences both in person and virtually
