Job Summary:

  • Develop, manage and deliver a project plan on time, on scope and on budget.
  • Lead the organization and planning of the development schedule based on the methodology that has been developed to create a cohesive plan with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones, and manages the agreed project plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters
  • Provide project status and steering committee updates and testing/defect resolution status
  • Manage project financials, Statements of Work and Change Orders
  • Manage all phases of the testing cycle (unit, integration, UAT, performance, etc.)
  • Perform Organizational Change Management activities; communications planning, stakeholder management, and learning management
  • Create, implement, and monitor the processes for requirements gathering and prioritization, test tracking, defect tracking and resolution
  • Elicit and think critically of business requirements, perform analysis and facilitate requirements prioritization
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Proven track record in achieving annual goals and working team environment
  • Excellent business development skills in business-to-business solutions technology sales with the ability to effectively perform and direct business development tasks to maximize revenues and profits. In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across a consulting organization with other industry and solution Directors/VPs, as well as the Service Delivery personnel
  • Minimum of 7-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience selling water management solutions. Experience in the food and beverage, oil and gas, industrial manufacturing, municipal and/or pharmaceutical industries among others is preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience utilizing IoT, Big Data, Analytics and Cloud technologies for water management intelligence systems, overall equipment effectiveness, and analytics to significantly improve water management.
  • Demonstrated achievement of multi-million dollars annual quota in consulting project sales and long-term account expansion
Travel:
  • Regular and expeditious travel throughout the United States and occasionally overseas is required to meet client needs and timetables
  • Available to be stationed at and work from an out-of-town client site for an extended period of time
