Ensure project teams have necessary resources and support for growth.
Improve project contracts and legal documents to mitigate risk.
Educate teams and refine tools to increase project awards.
Reduce costs, improve communication, and enhance service quality.
Oversee tender packages and secure project awards.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Inspire and drive sales team performance.
Evaluate and exploit market opportunities with marketing and sales teams.
Contribute to marketing plans and strategies for market expansion.
Develop and manage annual sales budgets.
Provide regular performance updates to senior management.
Ensure expenses align with budget.
Mentor and support the commercial team.
Perform related tasks as needed.
QualificationsBachelor\'s Degree in administration, project management, business, or a related field.
5-7 years in project management or a similar role; manufacturing experience preferred.
PMP or similar preferred.
Willingness to travel across North America.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and ERP systems.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in assessing and managing project risks.
Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships.
Experience in preparing and managing budgets.
Employment DetailsSalary: $80.000 - $100.000
Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Permanent, Full-time, Onsite
Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
