The Opportunity
We're hiring a
Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada
to represent K-Hart with our dealer network and end users. This role blends relationship building, sales, and training. You'll spend most of your time in the field--working alongside dealer sales teams, building their product knowledge, and ensuring K-Hart stays top of mind with farmers.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealer Development
Build relationships with dealer principals, sales managers, and sales staff across Western Canada.
Conduct regular in-person visits and training sessions on the Spyder and Raptor product lines.
Support dealers with product positioning, demos, and local marketing initiatives.
Lead Management & Sales Support
Contact and qualify farmer leads generated through K-Hart's marketing programs.
Coordinate lead handoff to dealers and follow progress through to sale.
Provide timely feedback on lead quality, regional trends, and competitor activity.
Market Presence
Maintain visibility at trade shows, field demos, and dealer events.
Serve as a point of contact for farmers seeking product information or demonstration opportunities.
Represent K-Hart's values and professionalism in every interaction.
Collaboration & Feedback
Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to align on programs, promotions, and territory goals.
Communicate regularly with engineering and parts/service teams to share dealer and customer insights.
What Sets You Apart?
You are an individual that has:
Proven experience in
agricultural equipment sales
, ideally with both dealer and farm-level interaction.
Strong communication and presentation skills--comfortable leading group training and one-on-one farm calls.
Self-motivated and highly organized, capable of managing a large geographic territory independently.
Familiarity with precision seeding, tillage, or harvesting equipment is an asset.
Ability to travel extensively across Western Canada (vehicle provided or allowance).

Salary Range:
Base salary:
CAD $80,000-$90,000 per year
Target total earnings:
CAD $130,000-$140,000+ based on performance
Additional upside available for top performers--K-Hart rewards results.

Travel:
75% (driving preferred; minimal airfare)
