About This Position:
Account List - All existing and prospective Industrial, Safety, and Construction related Industrial / Commercial distributors in Canada. this includes managing relationships with key personnel at Buying Group organizations. Potential exclusions: B2C Hardware, Lawn and Garden, and Sporting Goods channels.
Additional Prospects/Responsibilities - Develop and Implement strategies to prospect additional distributor accounts and end-user opportunities of significant volume within the territory.
Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager- Canada develops and implements strategic sales plans to execute corporate sales goals and margin expectations. Primary day-to-day responsibilities include managing all sales-related activities and customer relationships of assigned accounts in Canada. Customers in this market will primarily be Independent Safety, Contractor Supply, and Industrial supply-oriented distributors. It is expected that the manager will develop excellent relationships with all current and prospective accounts in the assigned territory. The manager is expected to develop an in-depth knowledge of our product lines and those of our primary competitors. The manager is expected to identify sales opportunities for primary lines of product to establish a pipeline of potential business that will ensure the growth required to achieve established goals.
