What You'll Do:
As Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of Community Sales Managers, Associates, and Assistants to drive sales in assigned communities (Single Family and Multi Family). You'll be responsible for:
Recruiting, coaching, and developing your sales team
Removing barriers to sales and supporting team success
Planning and executing special events with Marketing
Managing paperwork, legal documentation, and purchase agreements
Recommending pricing strategies and promotions
Ensuring visual excellence in Sales Centres
Collaborating on marketing, promotions, and advertising
Leading dynamic weekly sales meetings
Setting and achieving sales and revenue goals
Monitoring competitors and market trends
Managing CRM data and lead pipeline
Liaising with Realtor partners and negotiating offers
Working with mortgage brokers and lenders in all aspects
Conducting annual and quarterly reviews
Occasional travel to Edmonton and participation in weekend/evening events
What You Bring:
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
5-10 years of progressive sales experience, including team leadership
Residential construction industry experience (required)
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Excellent client relationship management
Analytical skills for interpreting sales and market data
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Problem-solving skills
Experience developing sales and marketing strategies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Newstar and Salesforce experience an asset
Valid driver's license
Working Hours:
Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekends/evenings on site.
