BUOY6 is hiring a Regional Sales Coach to elevate sales performance and support revenue growth across designated U.S. regions.

The Opportunity





BUOY6 is seeking a dynamic and influential Regional Sales Coach to elevate sales excellence across a designated U.S. region. This high-impact leadership role focuses on coaching, developing, and upskilling Sales Enablement Managers and In-Field Sales & Training Leaders to drive measurable improvements in Residential Average Job Size (RAJS), cancellation reduction, and execution consistency.

Core strategic responsibilities include:




Develop & Deliver High-Impact Training

- Facilitate standardized sales seminars, new-program rollouts, S&T Cohort calls, and energizing morning huddles across the region via Zoom and in-person.

In-Field Coaching & Ride-Alongs

- Conduct frequent ride-alongs with TTMs and Trainers to assess real-world execution, deliver immediate coaching, and reinforce procedural consistency.

Operations Job Shadowing

- Observe Operations Managers and Sales & Training Leaders, assessing their sales calls, welcome calls, and coaching presence, with on-the-spot feedback to drive behaviour change.

Drive Regional KPI Improvement

- Lead targeted training efforts that directly increase RAJS and decrease Residential Cancellation rates to meet or exceed regional sales objectives.

Axonify LMS Leadership -

Oversee regional engagement and ensure timely completion of assigned modules and learning paths, using Axonify LMS insights to identify strengths and skill gaps.

Lead Change Management

- Act as a subject matter expert for all new and updated BUOY6 sales programs. Champion adoption, communicate expectations, and coach leaders through transitions.

Data Analysis & Strategic Insight

- Interpret training and sales performance data to identify trends, barriers, and opportunities, informing regional strategy and executive decision-making.

Executive Communication

- Provide regular performance updates, summary reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and BUOY6 executives.

Travel -

50%-70% travel (USA) to deliver in-person coaching, training, and evaluations of In-Field Sales & Training Managers within the assigned portfolio.

Full-Time, Salary



Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 annual salary plus bonus structure

(negotiable, competitive and aligned with location and experience level)



Working Location:

In-Office; 50-70% Travel (US & Canada)





Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Minimum Management Experience: 2+ years of proven leadership or management experience. Brand Experience (Preferred): 2+ years as a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? employee Training Background (Asset): Previous experience in a Training role is a significant asset. Proven Track Record (Asset): Demonstrated ability to positively impact team results, with a focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to top-line revenue and incremental revenue growth. Learning Management System (LMS): Advanced knowledge and navigation within a robust LMS system, including report analysis and data surfacing Productivity Tools: Advanced knowledge of the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) Travel Requirements: A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and a valid Passport are required due to the nature of the role.
