Position Overview

As Regional QA Inspector (Vancouver Island), you provide coating QA/QC support for island based hydro and terminal projects, execute inspections per project requirements, verify material handling, surface preparation, and DFT records, produce detailed field reports and quality documentation, coordinate with clients and site contractors, and ensure compliance with BC Hydro and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Execute coating and corrosion inspections per project requirements. Verify material handling, surface prep, and DFT records. Produce detailed field reports and quality documentation. Coordinate with clients and site contractors.

Qualifications

NACE/AMPP CIP Level 2 Certification (required). 5-7 years of relevant coating inspection experience. Strong communication and client interfacing skills. Local to Vancouver Island preferred.
