In short, by being bold, we go further.Role Overview:As the People and Culture Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with our leaders, to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence. Your mission is to understand the unique operational challenges we face and drive initiatives that enhance our work environment and employee experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep Dive into Operations: Immerse yourself in our operational processes to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within our construction and land acquisition activities.
  • Lead Transformation: Proactively identify areas for improvement and work with leadership to implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Partner with leaders across the region, building strong relationships and providing strategic HR guidance. Navigate challenging personalities with finesse and professionalism.
  • Culture Champion: Promote and enhance our entrepreneurial and bold company culture, ensuring it permeates all levels of the organization.
  • Talent Development: Implement the talent management strategies created by corporate office to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Lead initiatives for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues with a balanced and fair approach. Foster an environment of trust and open communication.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a welcoming and respectful workplace for all employees.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts, guiding the organization through transformations and ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6+ years in a People and Culture role, preferably in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and a degree in Human Resources Management. * Industry Knowledge: Experience in the construction or land acquisition industry is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing big picture vision with attention to detail.
  • Resilient and Adaptable: Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence challenging personalities and complex situations.
  • Excellent Communicator: Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
