Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of managers to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses for each location
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide guidance for improvement

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar managerial role in the security industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within the region as needed

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
