Send us your resume and join a people-centric company with a reputation of excellence.We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager for 9 of our Traction stores in Quebec.We offer a range of attractive benefits and corporate discounts, as well as ongoing training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development.You will be jointly responsible, along with the sales and store managers, for achieving the region's objectives regarding gross margins, inventory levels, customer service levels, as well as ensuring corporate stores comply with Traction store standards and operational procedures.More specifically, the person will be required to:

  • Work with the headquarters of our heavy vehicle division, sales managers, and store managers to develop, adapt, and deploy strategies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate store operations and customer service levels.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Produce and analyze reports on the performance of stores/districts/regional operations and recommend action plans.
  • Work to define and review operational priorities, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans.
  • Support the corporate store budgeting process.
  • Recruit, motivate, and develop the management team of the corporate stores under their responsibility to achieve the objectives.
QualificationsTo join our team, you need:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in store operations management
  • Understanding of financial statements and budgeting
  • Available to travel
  • Bilingual in French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with internal clients across Canada
