About Us:

Canadian Dental Services, a rapidly growing dental practice management company, is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our dental practices in Saskatchewan.

Your Role: Regional Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Excellence: Lead, inspire, and organize a team of dedicated individuals with a passion for customer service and innovation.

Strategic Management: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen patient relationships, enhance practice production, and drive business growth.

Talent Management: Recruit, hire, and develop top-notch talent, fostering a culture of transparency, respect, and continuous improvement.

Compliance: Ensure clinics adhere to provincial regulatory standards by collaborating with legal and human resources teams.

Financial Acumen: Manage budgets, forecasts, and the P&L to achieve revenue objectives.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize dental KPIs to analyze and optimize clinic performance.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of successful experience leading and motivating teams.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in business administration or related area, or equivalent experience.

• Experience managing a multi-unit business (preferably in the dental field).
