The Regional Marketing Coordinator provides marketing support to all prescribed sites in a set region by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract customers, build loyalty, and contribute significantly to positive financial outcomes. The role creates and assesses varied markets and adjusts programming within those markets in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides insight to corporate marketing on casino market/financial needs and provides innovative solutions to meet these needs.
  • Communicates all corporate marketing and AGLC initiatives to site senior leadership in the prescribed region and ensures they understand and elevate these programs to site ambassadors.
  • Ensures all regional marketing initiatives are in compliance with regulatory and Company policies and procedures.
  • Implements, sets performance objectives and ensures achievement of objectives for prescribed sites in accordance with the marketing strategy and loyalty objectives.
  • Oversees delivery of the master-brand and sub-brands are in line with corporate Brand Marketing.
  • Assists sites in producing and managing their annual marketing programs including promotions, event calendars, loyalty initiatives and casino entertainment.
  • Works closely with the database team to ensure initiatives are properly executed and ensures corporate marketing is provided with site data to complete post analytics on all marketing initiatives completed within each quarter.
  • Works to create a competitive advantage through the design, development and implementation of marketing programs in the region.
  • Reviews regional advertising plans with site senior leadership and advises Advertising if adjustments are needed.
  • Oversees the process of building customer maps at each casino to understand the customer experience and identify areas of improvement.
  • Assists with ensuring that'social media platforms are being utilized and subject matter provided to social media team.
What You Bring
  • Post-secondary Degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred Marketing experience is an asset.
  • Casino experience or strong knowledge of casino industry and related marketing strategies is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of casino operations and hospitality or customer service
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects with quality within prescribed timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, email, internet navigation, social media and presentation software.
