About The Role
We are seeking a Regional Manager of Operations to oversee Perennial's operations across Manitoba and Saskatchewan, with a start date between December 2025 and January 2026. This hybrid position will be based in Winnipeg, Manitoba with a hybrid work model of 3 days in office, 2 days virtual.
The Regional Manager will have full operational ownership for their assigned provinces, ensuring that clinics and residences run smoothly, partnerships are nurtured and expanded, and performance targets are consistently met. This is a leadership role requiring a mix of operational excellence, relationship management, business development, and clinical coordination.
ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
Own and oversee all operations across assigned provinces (Manitoba and Saskatchewan), ensuring smooth workflows at every clinic and residence.
Oversee and manage Regional Operations Coordinators and Patient Care Coordinators, providing leadership, training, and accountability.
Monitor site-level financials, staffing, and performance metrics, reporting regularly to leadership.
Escalate critical risks, issues, or strategic opportunities directly to leadership.
Client & Partner Management
Serve as the primary relationship manager with all clients in assigned provinces.
Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with allied health partners (e.g., physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, massage therapists).
Ensure service quality and operational standards are consistently met across partner clinics.
Drive revenue through allied health partners by actively promoting services and clinic utilization.
Growth & Marketing
Lead internal marketing and promotion of Perennial within assigned provinces.
Promote and organize allied health clinic days, health events, and resident engagement initiatives.
Identify and develop new partnerships to expand Perennial's reach and service offering.
Clinical Coordination
Partner closely with the Nurse Practitioner Lead to ensure adequate NP coverage and scheduling across all sites.
Support onboarding of new clinical providers and allied health professionals in the region.
Ensure compliance with clinical policies, standards, and performance expectations.
Qualifications
Experience:
3-5+ years in healthcare operations, regional management, or multi-site leadership, ideally in seniors' health, retirement residences, or allied health.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Master's degree an asset.
Leadership:
Proven ability to manage and develop teams across multiple locations.
Client Management:
Strong background in stakeholder relationship management, with the ability to engage at the executive level.
Business Development:
Track record of building partnerships, promoting services, and driving revenue growth.
Financial Acumen:
Comfortable managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and reporting KPIs.
Communication:
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility:
Ability to travel occasionally within Manitoba and Saskatchewan as required.
