As a Regional Manager, Business Process, you'll be a vital part of GFL's team, ensuring our Western regional operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll provide essential support for our business processes using our core systems, including OMS, Workday, Five9, Geotab, and Agile, helping us achieve our goals and seamlessly integrate new acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities



Provide daily support and guidance to regional business units on our operational business processes and systems. Lead data collation for pricing updates as and when required Conduct business unit reviews on process for, dispatch, invoicing, credits, and vendor purchase orders to ensure accuracy. As well as waste tracking and reporting. Host/facilitate quarterly "Lunch & Learn" sessions to address common challenges and improve user knowledge. Collaborate weekly with peers from other regions to share best practices and drive consistency and OMS system enhancements. Play a lead role in the rollout and integration of GFL's systems for new business acquisitions. Assist in preparing data for system "go-live" events. Identify any process or data discrepancies and facilitate effective resolutions with users. Work closely with the system development team and operations to communicate business needs and drive process improvements. Develop and implement training programs for new and current users. Travel up to 40-50% as needed to support various regional locations.

Qualifications



Excellent computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems, including Microsoft Office Proven experience in a business administration role, with a strong understanding of P&L reporting. Operational experience in the waste management industry is a plus; knowledge of hazardous waste regulations or the Transportation of Dangerous Goods is highly desirable. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and numbers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, "can-do" assertive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment. * A self-starter who can work independently and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
