Regional Manager (Remote + Travel)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to oversee and support a growing portfolio of dental practices. This role combines team leadership, operations management, and relationship-building, ensuring practices deliver excellent patient care, operational efficiency, and strong business performance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of dental practices (expected to grow to 13+ by year end). Partner with practice leaders to drive performance, patient care, and team development. Monitor financial performance, staffing levels, scheduling, and compliance with policies and standards. Coach and support practice managers, fostering a positive culture and high employee engagement. Ensure practices meet or exceed patient satisfaction standards. Collaborate with leadership to set operational goals, KPIs, and execute business strategies. Travel 50-60% of the time to clinics to provide hands-on leadership and support.

Qualifications:

2+ years of multi-site management experience in the dental industry. Strong leadership and coaching skills with a proven track record of developing teams. Experience managing P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on support. Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with frequent travel.
