Human Resources Manager - Quebec & Eastern Ontario

is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Regional Human Resources Manager

to support our operations across Quebec and Eastern Ontario. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong union experience, a passion for employee engagement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

What You'll Do

Serve as a strategic HR partner to regional leadership and field operations. Lead initiatives in labor relations, dispute resolution, policy compliance, and leadership development. Maintain strong employee and labor relations through regular site visits and communication. Conduct investigations and provide coaching on fair and consistent handling of workplace matters. Collaborate with legal counsel on grievance handling and union-related issues. Support recruiting efforts, especially during new business acquisitions. Deliver training programs on performance management, employment law, and employee relations. Drive employee engagement and action planning across the region. Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local employment laws.

What We're Looking For

Bilingual proficiency

in French and English (written and spoken).

Strong union experience

and knowledge of grievance processes. Proven ability to build trust and foster engagement across diverse teams. Willingness to travel regularly across Quebec and Eastern Ontario. Minimum 3-5 years of broad HR experience, including labor relations, employment law, and training. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
