In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the Regional Heads of Corporate Client Group (CCG) Real Estate Markets and their leadership teams, helping to build and execute effective routines with the leaders. You will lead and coach to the effective application of market management, sales and service practices, practice management, change management, coaching, and skill building. Also, you will act as a steward of National Office strategy to embed and sustain strategic initiatives, both regional and national, and serve as a feedback channel from the teams back to National Office.
We are seeking qualified candidates in both the Vancouver and GTR regions.
What will you do?
Identify with leaders personal areas of opportunity for coaching their personal skills development
Participate in developing Practice Management Agenda items for leadership meetings
Facilitate Practice Management Skill building activities during meetings
Conduct Observational Coaching sessions with leaders - i.e. weekly 1:1, goal setting, Early Stage Coaching, Post-Contact
Provide prioritized diagnostics on leaders/managers' effectiveness and impact in launching, embedding, and coaching practices or levers that accelerate client acquisition, anchoring, growth, and retention.
Advance Market Leaders and Managers effectiveness in market management, sales management, coaching practices, and practice management
Bring coaching expertise forward to the leaders and build confidence in their capabilities.
Supports Regional Heads in SMT preparation and launch of key changes and initiatives that will enable leader effectiveness and advisor productivity
Acts as the subject matter expert on key success factors relative to Building Market Presence, Digital Tools, and Sales Force Productivity
Helps champion the Client Experience across the region by identifying opportunities to connect with clients through meaningful contact, supported by strong PMR routines
What do you need to succeed?
This position requires strong business and organizational knowledge, planning and implementing capabilities with a knowledge/experience across RBC Commercial Banking, including sales management, direct sales, and operational expertise.
Previous Real Estate or CCG Banking experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize in managing multiple, high workloads and sometimes conflicting time demands, while ensuring exceptional execution, and effective time management
Demonstrates and upholds the RBC Leadership Model through example
Nice-to-have
Previous leadership experience
Fluency in French and English
