Regional Corporate Chef
to strengthen our culinary leadership and ensure consistency, excellence, and innovation across our properties.
About The Role:
The
Regional Corporate Chef
is a key culinary leader responsible for guiding multiple property teams and shaping the culinary identity of our regional portfolio. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on mentorship, menu leadership, and operational oversight, and food preparation. The successful candidate will bring creativity, professionalism, and strong culinary background to support Pinnacle's commitment to hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Create, refine, and implement regional culinary programs aligned with Pinnacle's brand standards and guest expectations.
Lead menu development, seasonal and promotional rollouts, and culinary concept innovation across properties.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation that reflect the Pinnacle brand.
Support Executive Chefs and culinary teams across the region to meet operational targets.
Conduct regular site visits to provide hands-on coaching, perform culinary audits, and assess performance.
Lead, develop and train the culinary teams. Work alongside the culinary teams as needed.
Oversee adherence to all health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
Coach and mentor culinary leaders, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.
Deliver training sessions on culinary techniques, kitchen leadership, and operational best practices.
Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Participate in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top culinary talent.
Drive food cost efficiency, waste reduction, and purchasing best practices.
Procurement high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost targets.
Partner with operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for events, activations, and promotions.
Uphold Pinnacle's reputation for warm, thoughtful, guest-focused service through food excellence.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in an executive role at an established restaurant group.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
Strong experience in menu development, kitchen operations, and cost management.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse culinary teams.
Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Valid food safety and sanitation certifications.
