Job Description

Addresses key clinical issues by providing clinical expertise and leadership in the areas of clinical practice, consultation,


inter-professional collaboration, oversight of the intake and discharge process, education and training, program planning


and research.


Provides leadership in promoting and maintaining excellence in the delivery of relevant, evidence-based case


management interventions within the mental wellness and recovery program.

QUALIFICATIONS

Baccalaureate Degree in Social Work or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (other qualifications and experience
directly related may be considered)
Current active practicing registration with Manitoba College of Social Workers, College of Registered Psychiatric
Nurses of Manitoba, or other applicable regulatory body
Current certification from a recognized Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), or obtain within three (3)
months of commencing employment
Valid Manitoba Class V driver's license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel the region year round Five (5) years directly related work experience Working knowledge of Windows based programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Satisfactory employment record required Successful candidate subject to provide security checks in accordance with Security Checks for Employment
