 Position: Regional Business Development Manager - Maritimes (Hybrid)
 Salary: up to 130K
 Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia (remote or hybrid) - candidates in Dartmouth or Moncton will also be considered 
 Our client, a well-established organization in the construction and infrastructure industry, is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth across the Maritimes region (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland & Labrador). This is a remote position ideal for a strategic, results-driven professional with strong industry knowledge and relationship-building expertise. 
Key Responsibilities: 
 - Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
 - Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
 - Identify new business opportunities through proactive market research.
 - Lead bid and tender processes, preparing proposals and quotations.
 - Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
 - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions. 
Qualifications: 
 - 7+ years of sales or business development experience in the construction sector.
 - Proven track record achieving sales targets and securing new business.
 - Strong understanding of tendering, bidding, and project processes.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 - Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
