We are looking for a Regional Administrator to join our Residential team in Yellowknife, NT. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will support all administration activities for the assigned region. Our Regional Administrators are an important part of our team, as they assist in the effective operations of our property management offices, while providing exceptional customer service. What you will do:

  • Support and train regional staff
  • Answer main phone, route calls and be the first point of contact in the office
  • Provide information to residents and prospective residents;
  • Review and administer purchase orders
  • Complete bank deposits, EFT\xe2\x80\x99s and security deposit refunds
  • Ensure that maintenance requests are handled in accordance to priority and are properly inputted into Yardi
  • Audit telelink work orders
  • Maintain resident files; keep accurate information regarding resident contact information
  • Preparation of office correspondence including resident letters; rent increases, eviction notices, noise complaints
  • Utility bill validations and charge backs
  • Ledger reconciliation, monthly postings
  • Run and manage aged receivables, handle collection calls, RTDs filings etc.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies
  • Receive and send mail and courier items
  • Move-out process management (inspections, documentation, etc.)
  • Accounts receivable administrations and troubleshooting
  • Prepare health and safety compliance paperwork
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with leasing and renovations team members
  • General customer service and positive tenant relations
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
What you will bring:
  • Able to work independently, is a self-starter and able to effectively multi-task
  • Previous experience in administration required
  • Previous experience in property management/leasing/facilities an asset
  • Ability to use MS office suite at an intermediate level
  • Good customer service skills and pleasant demeanor
  • Able to provide a criminal record free of relevant convictions
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to interact effectively with senior management
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English in all communications
