We are seeking a dedicated Refrigeration Mechanic Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist experienced mechanics in performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair, and installation of Refrigeration mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in mechanical knowledge and be eager to learn and grow within the field. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

Assist mechanics in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues across various systems, including HVAC, and Refrigeration equipment. Help with brazing tasks as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with team members to read and interpret schematics for effective troubleshooting. Participate in routine maintenance checks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times. Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately for record-keeping purposes.

Experience

Previous experience in a mechanic or maintenance role is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with plumbing, welding, HVAC systems, appliance repair, construction practices, and mechanical systems is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical schematics is essential. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is crucial.
