Attending to 40,000+ service calls per year, Gateway is the largest HVAC & Refrigeration service provider in Western Canada. Our model is comprised of local branch teams with fully qualified personnel representing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing/gas fitting, sheet metal, and electrical trades. These teams are supported by centers of excellence including professional engineers and project managers which ensures Gateway's full technical capability is available for every project and service call.

Responsibilities:

Servicing new and existing accounts by analyzing work orders, investigating complaints, identifying solutions, conducting tests, and resolving problems; Troubleshooting issues with all commercial and industrial HVAC / Refrigeration equipment; Installing or retrofitting equipment as per specifications, customer requests, blueprints or the current building / plumbing codes; Inspecting product quality and installation to ensure conformance and customer satisfaction; Documenting service and installation actions by completing electronic forms, reports, logs, and records;
Other required duties may be assigned that fall within the parameters of the primary responsibility of the position.

Experience & Qualifications:

3rd to 4th Year Apprenticeship Documents required; Experience in a commercial setting is required; Available for rotating on call shifts; * Valid class 5 driver's license with an acceptable 5 year driver's abstract;
