Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Reflexologist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reflexology techniques and a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from stress. As a Reflexologist, you will provide therapeutic foot and hand treatments that promote overall well-being, utilizing your knowledge of medical terminology and excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for each client.

Responsibilities

Perform reflexology treatments on clients, focusing on pressure points in the feet and hands to promote relaxation and healing. Assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly, ensuring a personalized approach to each session. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans, providing education on the benefits of reflexology. Document client progress and any relevant feedback to enhance future treatments. Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits through exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Certification in reflexology from an accredited institution is required. Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey treatment information clearly.
