We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Reflexologist to join our wellness team in . The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic foot and hand reflexology treatments that promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support overall health. This role offers an opportunity to help clients achieve physical and mental well-being through specialized massage techniques in a professional setting.

Duties

Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' health concerns and treatment goals Perform reflexology sessions on clients' feet, hands, or ears using precise pressure techniques Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment environment in compliance with health standards Educate clients on self-care practices and the benefits of reflexology therapy Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients

Skills

Knowledge of medical terminology related to reflexology and holistic health practices Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients Excellent communication skills to explain procedures and address client questions or concerns Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a calming demeanor during sessions Prior experience or certification in reflexology or related holistic therapies is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
