Reflexology at La Mar plays a key role in supporting detoxification, circulation, hormonal balance, and deep parasympathetic rest--integrating beautifully into our lymphatic and somatic care philosophy.

Position Overview

We are seeking a

Certified Reflexologist

to join our growing team.
The ideal practitioner has a strong understanding of anatomy and pressure point mapping, while also delivering treatment with intuitive care and grounding presence.
This role suits someone who wants to work in a high-standard, design-led clinic that honours both results and ritual.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional

foot, hand, or ear reflexology treatments

based on client needs and goals. Conduct thorough intakes, assess areas of imbalance, and document treatment plans. Educate clients on the benefits of reflexology as part of an integrated wellness routine. Maintain a clean, serene treatment environment and uphold La Mar's clinical standards. Collaborate with RMTs, acupuncturists, and other practitioners for cross-referrals and client continuity. Participate in occasional studio events or workshops that align with your scope and passion.

Requirements

Certified Reflexologist designation from a recognized program. Current liability insurance and valid professional membership (if applicable). Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A compassionate, professional, and client-centred approach to care.

Ideal Candidate

Believes in integrative health and values collaboration. Has experience supporting women's health, detoxification, or stress management. Understands the relationship between reflexology, lymphatic flow, and nervous system regulation. Feels aligned with La Mar's values of

precision, presence, and transformation.

Compensation
