The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and residential construction and maintenance, troubleshooting, team supervision and coaching, and a passion for their craft. This role requires a hands on experienced journeyman eager to coach and delegate effectively the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years as an Electrical Journeyman with proven troubleshooting skills or in a similar supervisory role in electrical construction. Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, quality control processes, commissioning procedures. Excellent budgeting skills with a focus on cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Ability to effectively supervise a team, providing support and technical knowledge while creating a positive work environment. Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in electrical installations.

Pay: $38.75-$46.00 per hour
