Your Role & Impact:

• Lead high-quality heat pump installations
• Install both ducted and ductless systems
• Perform electrical panel reviews
• Conduct thorough heating source assessments
• Complete detailed installation documentation
• Maintain Efficiency Nova Scotia partner quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Red Seal HVAC Certification
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellence in customer service
• Heat pump installation experience preferred

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Occasional weekend work available
• Flexible schedule for work-life balance
