Redison Electric Ltd. is a growing electrical contracting company looking for journeyman/journeywoman electricians to join our team! We have ongoing residential and commercial projects in Vancouver and throughout the lower mainland. Duties and responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues Low-voltage, lighting and branch circuitry New services as well as repairs and upgrades Understanding of electrical drawings Compliance with company safety standards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment Organize materials and equipment required for projects Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and work with multiple deadlines Ability to work alongside fellow electricians as well as other sub-trades and to treat everyone with respect

Requirements:

Red seal certificate, 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in Canada
2 years Experience with residential electrical work Basic hand tools and a drill are required as well as safety equipment (steel-toes & hard hat) Strong interpersonal skills in both verbal and written English Strong interpersonal skills with both internal team as well as fellow contractors and clients Ability to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday); ability to put in overtime hours (will be compensated accordingly) on occasion Reliable transportation Experience with both residential commercial work is preferred but not required Experience with Lutron systems and low voltage is preferred but not required
