We are in search for a qualified Red Seal Commercial Transport Mechanic to fulfill the growth of a highly successful and reputable company which handles retail and fleet management work.
Duties will include:
-Diagnosis and troubleshooting using software program
-Vehicle inspections
-Engine rebuilds and overhauls
-Mentoring and assigning work to apprentices when possible

Required Qualifications :
-Journeyman or Red Seal Commercial Transport Mechanic
-Class 3 license and MVI ticket preferred
-Available for permanent full-time work in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia
-Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
-Experience with computer diagnostic software
-Background with Kenworth, Peterbilt, Mack, Volvo, International, Freightliner brand vehicles
-Specialist Cummins, Detroit, Volvo engine training an asset
-Ability and interest in working with external customers is preferred
-Candidates with flexibility to work a variety of days and shifts will be given priority
