Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive repair. Red Seal Automotive Service Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including cars and trucks. Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and advanced diagnostic tools. Utilize power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations. Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and recommendations clearly to clients. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive repair, preferably in a dealership or service center environment. Ability to perform vehicle alignments. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Familiarity with ADAS Calibration. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients. Proficient in using power tools and other automotive equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow schematics accurately. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive technology are preferred including Red Seal Certification.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
