andApprentices
to join our growing team infull-time, permanent positions
. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety ofresidential and commercial projects
, performing installations, testing, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems and components.The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a strong work ethic and a positive team-oriented mindset. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality service, keeping internal teams informed, and making thoughtful recommendations to clients that suit their needs and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out
residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting
. Performtesting
on plumbing systems and components. Providedetailed, timely service reports
. Follow allcompany procedures and safety protocols
. Communicate regularly with office and sales staff on service request status. Recommend suitableequipment and parts
tailored to client needs and budgets.Skills & Qualifications
Red Seal Plumbing Technician
with3-5 years of experience
. Open toApprentices
(must be eligible and willing to register with the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency). Validdriver's license
with a clean driver's abstract. Must supply own tools, safety gear,steel-toe boots and hard hat
. Highly organized, punctual, and detail-focused. Strongcustomer service and communication skills
. Positive, easy-going personality with a solid work ethic. Team player with a willingness tolearn and adapt
