Position Overview: Electrician (Red Seal & Apprentices)
We are seeking skilled and motivated
Red Seal Electricians
andApprentices
to join our team in afull-time, permanent role
. This position involves a mix ofresidential and commercial work
, including on-site installations, testing, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components.The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and customer-focused, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new technologies. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with office and sales staff, ensuring clear communication on service requests, and making informed recommendations to clients based on their needs and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site
residential and commercial installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting
. Conducttesting
of electrical systems and components. Providedetailed service reports
in a timely manner. Adhere to allcompany procedures, safety protocols, and industry standards
. Communicate updates on service requests to office and sales staff. Recommend appropriate equipment and parts to clients based on project requirements and budgets.Skills & Qualifications
Red Seal Certified Electricians
with minimum5 years' experience
. Open toApprentices
(must be eligible and willing to register with the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency). Validdriver's license
with a clean driver's abstract. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Positive, easy-going personality with excellentcustomer service skills
. Must provide own tools, safety gear,steel-toe boots and hard hat
. Eagerness tolearn and adapt
