, we are launching First Aid and CPR certification courses to promote health and safety awareness within our school and the wider community.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified and engaging

Canadian Red Cross Instructor

to deliver certified First Aid, CPR, and safety courses to youth and staff members. This is an excellent opportunity for a health and safety professional looking to make a lasting impact in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Canadian Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses in accordance with national standards Prepare and organize all training materials and equipment Adjust teaching techniques to accommodate diverse age groups and learning styles Maintain accurate participant records, evaluations, and certification documents Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

Current certification as a

Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR Instructor

(required) Experience teaching or facilitating safety training (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule:

Program start date: July 2025 (training may begin earlier)
