We are seeking a passionate and skilled Certified Red Cross First Aid Class Instructor to join our team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about teaching and have extensive knowledge in first aid, emergency response, and CPR. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic and informative first aid training sessions to a diverse range of participants.
- Teach various first aid courses, including Standard First Aid, Emergency First Aid, CPR, AED, and other specialized training as needed.
- Prepare and maintain training materials and equipment in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct hands-on practice exercises, scenario-based simulations, and interactive discussions to enhance learning outcomes and ensure skill retention.
- Assess participant performance, provide feedback, and administer evaluations to ensure certification eligibility.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant attendance, and certifications issued.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine training programs and instructional methods based on participant feedback and industry best practices.
- Certification as a First Aid Instructor from the Canadian Red Cross required.
- Profound knowledge of first aid principles, emergency response protocols, and injury prevention.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly conveying complex information.
- Experience in adult education, instructional design, or a similar teaching/training role is preferred.
- Type: Part-time, Casual
- Pay: $600.00 per day
- Expected Hours: 8 \xe2\x80\x93 24 hours per week
