We are seeking a dedicated Recycling Worker to join our team in maintaining efficient recycling operations. This role involves operating heavy equipment, handling materials, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with loader operation, excavators, forklifts, and possess a strong work ethic focused on safety and sanitation. Duties

Operate loader, excavator, and forklift to load, unload, and transport recyclable materials efficiently. Perform heavy lifting tasks to move materials within the facility safely. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas to meet safety standards. Assist with sorting and processing recyclable materials according to company procedures. Conduct routine inspections of heavy equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Support manufacturing processes by managing material flow and ensuring timely processing of recyclables. Follow all safety protocols during equipment operation and material handling to prevent accidents or injuries.

Qualifications

Prior experience with loader operation, excavator, forklift, or heavy equipment is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Experience in manufacturing or recycling environments is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures within industrial settings is desirable. Strong attention to safety standards and procedures. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods. Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding physical tasks associated with recycling operations. Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Pay: $17.85-$31.00 per hour
