Recruitment Support - 1 Year Maternity Leave Contract
Equation Staffing Solutions Inc. is an award-winning staffing agency in Calgary, and we are hiring a Recruiter to join our growing team for a 1-year Maternity Leave.
About the Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruiting, placement, and ongoing assignment management for various positions within a variety of industries.
Qualifications:
- 3+ yrs. experience interviewing and recruiting, ideally within the staffing industry
- Post-secondary education in a related field would be highly beneficial
- A demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients
- Team oriented, willing to assist where needed but can also work well independently
- Must be deadline driven, able to handle multiple and changing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- A calm and well-organized problem solver who can think quickly on their feet and works well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office including Word and Outlook
- A self-starter who will ask questions, present new ideas, and can think outside the box
Responsibilities:
- Prescreen, and interview candidates remotely
- Interact with candidates and clients, and complete reference/ background checks
- Format resumes, and write detailed summaries on candidates
- Matching and placing of qualified candidates
- Ongoing performance management and interaction with clients and candidates
