Recruitment Specialist
to help us attract and place top technical talent across multiple industries.
The Role
The
Recruitment Specialist
will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for a variety of automation and skilled trades roles. You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients get the best talent -- from
Robot Programmers and PLC Engineers
to
Electricians, Technicians, Mechanical and General Labour staff
.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for
robotics, controls, automation, and skilled labour
positions.
Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, internal database, referrals, job fairs) to attract top talent.
Develop strong relationships with candidates and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified professionals.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to understand client requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment -- from posting jobs and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and onboarding.
Maintain candidate records in the CRM and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Stay informed on market trends, candidate availability, and technical skill demands in automation and manufacturing.
Support company branding by promoting T Dot Automation as a trusted employer and staffing partner.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in
recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
(preferably in
industrial, technical, or automation
sectors).
Strong understanding of
technical roles
such as Robot Programmers, PLC/Controls Engineers, Electricians, and Technicians.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
