Reporting to the VP, People, you'll lead multiple, full-cycle searches, delivering a personalized and engaging experience for each candidate. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract the best talent, facilitate an easy and enjoyable recruitment experience, and contribute to building a strong, talented and engaged workforce.



This role can be based in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton or Winnipeg.



What you will do:



Lead Recruitment Efforts: You will manage the full recruitment cycle for designated roles, from understanding position requirements to onboarding new hires. You'll create and execute effective sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and recommend top candidates to hiring managers. Partner with Stakeholders: You'll work closely with managers and HR colleagues to ensure an easy, enjoyable and personalized hiring experience. You'll coordinate and participate in interviews, provide guidance on selection decisions, and support managers with interview training and best practices. Deliver Quality and Efficiency: You'll create modern, engaging and sophisticated recruitment processes and practices. You'll conduct background and reference checks, prepare and present offers, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects the ROBINSON people experience.

What you bring:



Experience & Expertise: You have at least 2 to 3 years' experience managing multiple, full-cycle searches. You understand Canadian employment legislation and recruitment best practices, and you're confident on how to best leverage applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Skills & Abilities: You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease. You have strong relationship-building and communication skills, and you exercise sound judgment and professionalism in all interactions. Drive & Growth Mindset: You take pride in delivering high-quality candidate experiences and continuously improving recruitment processes. Working toward a CPHR designation is a plus, and you're excited to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing HR team.

ROBINSON values your experience and recognizes the contributions you make to the success of our business. Your starting pay will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the role. In BC, employees in this position can expect to earn $56,000 to $70,000 per year, with opportunities to earn more as you grow and develop with us. Your salary will be supplemented with monthly bonus opportunities, annual profit share, wellness days, RRSP program and a generous benefits package.
