Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the talent acquisition process, supporting the recruitment team by sourcing and identifying potential candidates for various positions. You will utilize your negotiation and communication skills to engage with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Duties

Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, and PeopleSoft to manage candidate information efficiently. Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities to attract top talent for open positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within HRIS systems like ADP, Kronos, and UltiPro. Support the onboarding process by coordinating training & development sessions for new hires. Foster positive employee relations by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Experience

Proven experience in HR sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition is preferred. Familiarity with negotiation techniques and interviewing best practices is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous. Knowledge of training & development principles is a plus. A proactive approach to research and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment will be beneficial. Pay: $36,708.21-$93,082.37 per year
