Synergy Protection Group is currently hiring for Recruitment Manager (contract). This is a key position and will be responsible for managing recruitment process of all client groups.
In this role, you will:
Establish recruiting requirements based on the organization's plan and objectives, meeting with support/operations managers to identify and discuss the needs
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for various positions
Conduct full cycle recruitment activities such as job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, interviews and job offers for high-volume positions
Organize, represent and promote the Company at various recruitment events such as virtual and in-person job fairs
Maintain accurate and up to date records of candidate information, interview feedback and recruitment metrics.
Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per hire and candidate sources.
Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching and performance feedback
Assist with internal projects as required.
Working Conditions:
This role typically operates in a standard office environment but may require occasional travel for job fairs or other recruitment-related events.
The ideal candidate may need to work outside regular business hours to accommodate interviews and other recruitment activities.
What you will bring:
Post-secondary degree or diploma preferably in Human Resources, Business management, law & security administration
Proven experience as a recruitment manager in a security or related industry.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate and partner effectively to promote "one team" approach
Ability to organize work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
CHRP or RPR designation is a plus
