Recruitment & HR Coordinator
. In this role, you will be a key player in workforce planning for our Specialized Supportive Housing and Community Support Services programs throughout BC. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment and work closely with local Leadership teams to drive the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process. You will be instrumental in bringing top talent onboard to strengthen our mission and provide exceptional support to the communities we serve.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Post-secondary Degree or Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management
Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources, preferably in full-cycle recruitment
Proficient knowledge of applicable legislation (BC Employment Standards, collective agreements, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong ability to manage concurrent tasks and meet various deadlines
Clear Criminal Record Check (agency conducted, expenses covered)
