CBU invites applications for the Recruitment and Engagement Specialist. This is a full-time continuing position.

The position is to strengthen Cape Breton University\'s student recruitment and community engagement efforts in the Greater Toronto Area and in Eastern Ontario by increasing CBU\'s presence in the market, nurturing relationships with partner institutions to establish and leverage transfer pathways, and developing strategic partnerships with community, regional, and national organizations to contribute to CBU\'s brand strength and growth as a recognized and reputable university.

The Recruitment and Engagement Specialist directly contributes to the university\'s objective to attract more Canadian students to CBU by enabling greater reach, increasing supports for prospective students in new markets, and by growing CBU\'s strategic partnerships, all of which positively contribute to student recruitment and brand equity goals over time
