You will be responsible for the administration and operational support of the recruitment process. Must have a minimum experience of 1+ years in Recruiting. Job Title Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Create Job posts across all sources \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute talent acquisition activities (pipeline management, candidate scheduling, coordination, communication, offer management, background screening, onboarding) \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xb7 Prepare, Send, Organize, and Maintain offer letters and other documentation to new Employees \xc2\xb7 Act as a front-of-house person that meets and greets candidates and directs them to respective interview rooms \xc2\xb7 Debrief with hiring panels at the end of the day, collect feedback, and report to the senior recruiters. \xc2\xb7 Meet with current customers on an ongoing basis to maintain and expand upon existing relationships by evaluating changing client needs. \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target clients through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Represent the company at tradeshows and community organizations and events to enhance image and involvement, as well as develop referral sources \xc2\xb7 Ensure ongoing integrity of account information in client lists and/or databases, coordinate client mailings and communications \xc2\xb7 Contact prospective clients through different communication channels including cold calls, email, and/or in-person visits.
