Responsibilities

  • Primary recruiting point of contact for key client groups to coordinate campus recruitment and internship programs
  • Building and developing relationships with key universities, students, and national recruitment team
  • Primary point of contact and expertise for all internal recruitment systems
  • Tracking recruiting metrics and provide accurate, timely reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and overall
  • Management team
  • Managing the internal approvals process
  • Quality assurance point for job offers
  • Ad-hoc special projects
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in an administrative role, campus recruitment experience is a plus
  • Experience in corporate recruitment or a staffing agency as a recruiter or administrator
  • Be extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects
  • Mandarin speaking is an asset
