In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition, helping us identify and attract top talent for our organization.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Assist with employee evaluations and support talent management initiatives within the organization.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance our strategies.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offers and manage candidate expectations.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and team members.
Ability to manage relationships effectively through strong relationship management skills.
Experience in cold calling potential candidates as part of lead generation efforts.
Understanding of training & development processes to assist in succession planning initiatives.
