The Recruiting Administrator is responsible for supporting the human resources team during the full cycle recruitment process.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support all hourly recruitment activity (interviews, references, assessments, etc.)
Responsible for maintaining job posts, internally and externally
Support with co-op education program
Preparing all documentation for interviews (internally and externally)
Responsible for the onboarding of new hourly team members
Responsible to participate in job fairs, and other events
Complete plantwide numbers and seniority reports, weekly
Primary initial support for human resources Plant 2 team members
Support with additional projects as required
Job Qualifications
Education
Successful completion of OSSD
Experience
1 year experience in a recruiting role considered an asset
Skills and Abilities
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills; able to speak in front of groups of people, and ability to effectively communicate information with varying levels of individuals (both team members and leadership groups)
Ability to show versatility and resourcefulness when problem solving
Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines and importance of tasks
Manage time efficiently while working on several different tasks at once
